FINDEFIX – The pet register of the German Animal Welfare Association
Task
Under the original name "Das Deutsche Haustierregister", vierviertel was commissioned to support the sub-organization of the renowned "Deutscher Tierschutzbund" with the planned brand relaunch. In this process, we were responsible for the as-is analysis and repositioning, the subsequent name development, the new brand design and the creation of the first communication materials through to the extensive launch of a new website.
FINDEFIX – The pet register of the German Animal Welfare Association
FINDEFIX is the pet register of the German Animal Welfare Association (Deutscher Tierschutzbund e.V.) – the largest animal and nature conservation umbrella organization in Europe. The central tasks of FINDEFIX are to register pets centrally and to support pet owners in the event of the loss of their pet by providing a wide range of services – such as online searches, search posters, telephone support, etc. – to help them find and re-home their pets. With 35 years of experience, this is the oldest service of its kind in Germany.
