The starting point of the collaboration was the development of a corporate PowerPoint presentation and the subsequent complete redesign of the corporate website. C-LEcta is a leading biotech company specializing in the development and production of high-quality enzymes for industrial applications in the pharmaceutical and food industries. With more than 130 employees and over 400 customers worldwide, c-LEcta uses its ENESYZ technology platform to develop customized enzymes and microbial production strains that meet the highest requirements.
Website relaunch – modernization and user-friendly realignment
Vierviertel was responsible for the concept, design and technical implementation of c-LEcta’s new corporate website. The aim was to create a modern, user-friendly website that reflects c-LEcta’s innovative profile and is understandable for different target groups. The focus was on a clear structure and an appealing design that offers users intuitive navigation.
As part of the relaunch, the HubSpot CMS was implemented with a user-friendly drag-and-drop editor that allows the marketing team to manage content easily and flexibly. Vierviertel developed a customized, bilingual corporate theme that is perfectly tailored to c-LEcta’s requirements. This was complemented by specially developed modules that offer an appealing design and enable clear, comprehensible communication of complex content. These modules are individually tailored to the needs of c-LEcta and allow the website to be designed flexibly.
By integrating the HubSpot content and marketing hubs into the existing HubSpot CRM, marketing and sales work together in one integrated system. C-LEcta saves considerable effort through synergies and automated processes and benefits from end-to-end reporting – from the first customer contact on the website to the conclusion of the sales cycle.

Development of a modular PowerPoint presentation


The PowerPoint presentation fulfills all of the company’s communication requirements. In the biotech sector, it is a particular challenge to develop presentations that appeal to both scientists and stakeholders without in-depth specialist knowledge. Researchers want detailed technical content, while contacts from politics and the public often lack technical expertise. To make the complex content understandable, Vierviertel used pictograms to present the information in a clear and easily accessible way. The presentation has a modular structure and can be adapted flexibly. Overloaded slides were replaced by a uniform, clear design. Complex diagrams and screenshots were simplified and graphically redesigned to make the content easier to understand.
Icon set – visual support for brand communication

The icon set developed for c-LEcta is a central element of the visual identity and conveys scientific and business content clearly and concisely. It is used in PowerPoint presentations, on the website, in scientific posters and many other areas. A special feature is the color coding, which assigns a specific color to each business segment – such as Food, Pharma and Other – enabling immediate visual assignment.
The icon set is designed in such a way that it clearly communicates complex information while remaining stylistically consistent. The continuous expansion of the set ensures that c-LEcta can react flexibly to new requirements and has the right visual solution for every situation.
Denarase microsite – efficient product presentation and seamless purchasing process
Vierviertel developed a customized microsite for DENARASE®, a product for enzymatic DNA removal in bioprocesses from c-LEcta. This site presents the advantages of the product clearly and concisely, supported by precise icons that communicate the complex properties of DENARASE® in an easily understandable way.
A central element of the microsite is a specially developed, complex module that clearly displays the various DENARASE® toolkits, available sizes and dosages as well as currency options. The module is directly linked to the online store, enabling a seamless transition from the information process to the purchase. The microsite is hosted on its own sub-domain, but is fully managed via the HubSpot CMS, ensuring centralized and efficient control.
The design of the microsite is optimally geared towards lead generation in order to guide potential customers through the purchasing process and provide the right information at all times.

Microsite Nucleanase – clear presentation of product benefits and seamless customer support
A dedicated microsite was developed for NUCLEANASE®, a c-LEcta product. The focus of this site is on the clear and concise presentation of the product specifications and the most important product benefits. The icons developed by vierviertel convey these advantages in a visually direct and understandable way, so that potential customers can grasp the most important benefits at a glance.
Furthermore, great importance was attached to the link to sales support. The user receives all relevant information about NUCLEANASE® on the microsite and is referred to support offers in a friendly manner without this appearing intrusive. This balance perfectly supports the customer journey and ensures a positive user experience.
Scientific posters – clear communication for research
When creating the scientific posters, the same clear and concise visual language was used that runs through all communication materials. The icons and visual elements help to present complex scientific information in an understandable and appealing way without losing its scientific character.
Company Fact Sheet – short and concise, with visual support

The Company Fact Sheet for c-LEcta was developed to give potential partners and investors a quick and clear insight into the company. It clearly communicates what c-LEcta is all about, what products and services the company offers and uses an appealing visual language to concisely present the most important information.
Icons were integrated to lighten up the often formal business communication and at the same time keep it clear. These icons visualize the key corporate values, products and services and help to convey the information quickly and clearly. The fact sheet is structured to present key company data – such as the mission, vision, products and partnerships – clearly and concisely, supported by visual elements that facilitate communication.
HR Fact Sheet – creative presentation of employer benefits
The HR Fact Sheet from c-LEcta was developed to present the benefits of the company as an employer to potential employees in an appealing and creative way. Instead of relying on traditional information, the benefits of c-LEcta are presented in an exciting and visually appealing way. Elements such as the number of vitamin portions consumed, the mobility of employees and the team’s international countries of origin are vividly conveyed using clear icons and easy-to-read graphics.
Particularly noteworthy is the subtle communication of the company values through the somewhat unconventional selection of fun facts. These facts paint a picture of the corporate culture and convey a positive and inviting impression to potential applicants. The visual presentation lightens up the often sober HR communication and ensures that the information can be grasped quickly and comprehensibly. On the c-LEcta website, this fact sheet can be found in the careers section to address potential applicants directly.
LinkedIn campaign – successful employer branding
In addition to the HR fact sheet, a targeted LinkedIn campaign was developed to further strengthen c-LEcta’s employer branding. The campaign was designed to highlight the special advantages of c-LEcta as an employer and to attract new talent to the company. The appealing design of the posts and the targeted use of HR-specific content helped to achieve a high reach and strong engagement on the platform. This campaign enabled c-LEcta to successfully position its employer brand and attract the attention of potential applicants.

Results
By introducing a simple and concise visual language, Vierviertel has helped c-LEcta to be understood faster and better by scientists and non-specialist target groups.
