As Germany’s oldest consulting firm, Kienbaum Consulting International GmbH initiated a comprehensive transformation and modernization process in 2019. This was accompanied by a brand relaunch and a corresponding new brand image. At the heart of the new brand design is a design concept that is as innovative as it is uncluttered.
Excitingly, we were commissioned to support Kienbaum at the very point when it was time to “fill this design concept with life” for the first time and develop the first concrete means of communication.
The challenge now was to develop separate and more finely defined solutions – e.g. for periodic communication materials – on the basis of the large, overarching design approach and to define their design standards. The numerous well-founded studies carried out by Kienbaum and published in the form of extensive publications played a particularly important role in this. For example, separate design rules and design parameters (such as title and image concept, infographics, color concept, etc.) were developed for this area. In the meantime, we have been able to successfully implement the first study reports on this basis.
