Creating neighborhoods – preserving neighborhoods
Not just creating living space, but living space – that is the aim of Cologne-based GAG Immobilien AG when developing and modernizing Cologne’s neighbourhoods. On the one hand, the apartments should be affordable, but also offer their residents a good and liveable environment. The motto of GAG’s annual report for 2016 is therefore “Creating neighborhoods – preserving neighborhoods”.
Visually and conceptually, we implement this committed idea by putting people in the foreground. The “Grüner Weg” district is one of the real estate company’s flagship projects: for the annual report, we portrayed many of the people who live and work here. Their stories tell the history of the neighborhood – and provide more convincing evidence of GAG’s structural and social commitment than any statistics.
